What is RESO?

Due to its decentralized nature, the real estate industry is at risk of having divergent technologies and processes adopted among it’s many members.

RESO, or Real Estate Standards Organization, works against this fragmentation by overseeing the creation, adoption, and implementation of technology standards across the industry.

RESO is responsible for RETS, the ‘common language’ of the real estate industry, and the data standard used by Realtyna in its Organic MLS Integration. You can read more about RETS here: https://realtyna.com/blog/what-is-a-rets-feed/

As an approved RESO member, Realtyna is actively engaged to ensure our platform conforms to the latest real estate standards.
