Refund Terms and Regulations

Timeframe

The refund requests are accepted only up to 30 days from purchase date.

Refund, has several accounting processes that we have to go through. Therefore, the request takes time from our side to process, and the timeframes of issuing the refund are different:

  • If the request for a refund is sent within 14 days after purchase, refunds will take 20 business days to be issued.
  • For a refund request sent within 14 days to 30 days after purchase, it will take 60 business days to be issued.

  Eligible Refunds

There are different kind of projects; one requires only installation while the other may require integration and development.

Considering that for projects we will have to allocate time and resources, the refund amounts are various.

Therefore:

  • For a refund request coming after the start of a project, only up to 50% of the payment made is refundable.
  • The customizations and support renewals are non-refundable.
  • Customized or edited products which are modified within source codes by non-Realtyna members, are not refundable, due to the fact that those versions are not considered Realtyna versions anymore.
  • Realtyna® Software Return policy does not apply to purchases of the Source Code.

We hope everything goes fine with your website. In any event, if you would like to request a refund, you may send your request, considering and confirming the above items through the page below:
