In the event a customer would like to refund a product or cancel an order, we will gladly issue a refund based on the refund terms and regulations mentioned in the following page.

Refund Terms and Regulations

Timeframe

Refund requests are accepted only up to 30 days from purchase date.

A refund has several accounting processes that we have to go through. Therefore, the request takes time from our side to process, and the timeframes of issuing the refund are different:

  • If the request for a refund is sent within 14 days after purchase, refunds will take 20 business days to be issued.
  • For a refund request sent within 14 days to 30 days after purchase, it will take 60 business days to be issued.

Eligible Refunds

There are different kinds of projects: some only require installation while others may require integration and development. Considering the time and resources allocated for a project, the refund amount may vary.

Therefore:

  •  For a refund request coming after the start of a project, only up to 50% of the payment made is refundable.

  •   Customizations and support renewals are non-refundable.

  •  Customized or edited products which are modified within source codes by non-Realtyna members, are not refundable, due to the fact that those versions are not considered Realtyna versions anymore.

  •  Realtyna® Software Return policy does not apply to purchases of Source Code.

It is our hope that everything regarding your website goes smoothly, but in the event you would like to request a refund, you may send your request through the page below, including your name and license number. Please consider the items above, as well as confirm the following conditions:

  • You removed all of software copies/licenses.
  • By requesting and then receiving the refund: you don’t have any comment/claim about the software/our company.
  • That you didn’t apply our invoice for tax purposes.
  • That you voided the invoice.
