CarolinaMLS, otherwise also known as CMLS, primarily covers listings in North Carolina (NC). Basically, it covers the counties of York, Cabarrus, Catawba, Union, Gaston, Rowan, Iredell, Mecklenburg, Lancaster and Lincoln. Sometimes people tend to confuse CarolinaMLS with Charlotte Regional Realtor Association. So to clear this little confusion out of the way, just remember, that CarolinaMLS, in fact, represents a wholly-owned subsidiary corporation of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association.
