A cron job is a programming command that executes at a specified time and date on a recurring basis. Cron jobs automate the vast majority of tasks in a data feed, allowing an agent to maintain an updated property display without daily maintenance.

      A cron-job actually just initializes the update onto the website to keep the listings synced with the MLS database.
