Revenue
Sharing Model (Optional)
- Take advantage of Stripe’s Revenue Share system (available for the organizations with bank account in the USA) to split revenue automatically between your MLS organization and Realtyna. For organizations outside of the USA, Quarterly manual revenue sharing can be implemented.

Integrated Billing System
- By activating integrated billing system, you can automate MLS Membership payments from your members.
- The members who fail at paying their monthly subscription, will be automatically kicked out of the MLS after 2 months of failed payment.

Customizable Dashboard - User Interface (Optional)
- Although the basic setup of the MLS Solution provides access to members through RealtyFeed dashboard, for more high-demand use-cases; the API-based system provides an opportunity to create a custom-based user-interface on your domain if needed.
Flexible Pricing & Membership Models
1. Setup Fee
- An initial setup fee is charged for MLS organizations to deploy the platform and customize it according to their needs.
2. Membership Fees
- Bulk Membership: MLS organizations can pay Realtyna directly for all members and waive membership fees for agents.
- Revenue Sharing Model: Implement a pay-as-you-grow model where members pay fees directly to Realtyna, and your organization earns a share of the revenue.
