The Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors (UCAR) is an association of real estate professionals whose goals are to be a pioneer in promoting a good representation of the industry and to be regarded as the main source of information in the community. The group started in 1974 with just a few members and now has almost 400 members as of 2020. 

 

The goal of the association is to ensure that real estate has a strong voice in the Upper Cumberland area by encouraging and defending real estate ownership, delivering information and training, adopting emerging technologies, and being involved in the community.
