SHORT DESCRIPTION OF MLS PROVIDER

My Florida Regional MLS (MFRMLS), the nation’s third largest Multiple Listing Service and the largest MLS in Florida, has officially become Stellar MLS.

Currently Stellar MLS serves agents and brokers throughout Central and Southwest Florida and it is said to also have one REALTOR® Association in Puerto Rico as well. On top of that, Stellar MLS’s growth is not considered to be restricted to their state borders only.

Under the new strategy, MFRMLS, which serves 58,000 subscribers, will pursue consolidation with other MLSs. Stellar MLS is said to be all about gaining the right knowledge of all of its customers’ needs and wants in order to provide all the agents and brokers with just the right information at just the right time.

Customers aside, Stellar MLS is also all about delivering the right information to its members. In fact, it offers myriads of online courses for the members. Some classes are even made mandatory for the members to attend. Such mandatory classes include MLS basic and MLS Compliance 101. Stellar also delivers regularBroker Summit and quarterly broker conference calls. Information and knowledge is considered to be of great power for Stellar members.

Stellar MLS is also the leading MLS provider for adoption of RESO (Real Estate Standards Organization) standards. Stellar is also involved in MLS Grid and Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS). The MLS said it will continue its efforts in data standardization through its participation in MLS Grid and its promotion of RESO standards.
