SHORT DESCRIPTION OF MLS PROVIDER

Montgomery Area Association of Realtors or MAAR is an MLS provider and Realtor’s board in the Montgomery, Autauga, Elmore and Lowndes counties in the heart of the state of Alabama. It was founded in 1984, became a board of realtors in 1968 and an Association of Realtors in 1994.

This association is serving to more than 1200 members as of Fall 2019. Their main focuses are organizing real estate business and provider Multiple Listing Service to clients and real estate professionals.

Data privacy and accuracy are both important criteria for the leadership at MAAR. areas of specialty are appraisal, commercial, industrial, land, multi-family, property management and residential. 

Montgomery Association of Realtors work closely with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, title and closing services, pest inspection and control and insurance to provide the ultimate service to residents of Central Alabama.
