Massachusetts MLS Property Information Network, also known as MLS PIN was founded in 1997,  located in Shrewsbury, MA. It is a privately owned company that was formerly known as the Bay State Multiple Listing Service, Inc. In 1998, they changed their name to MLS Property Information Network. This is the largest MLS provider in New England and ranks amongst the largest throughout the USA. 

More than 20,500 properties are for sale in the MLS. It also provides up-to-to-date city databases online. The MLSPIN offers regular property data for more than 250,000 users. Also, MLS PIN has a mobile App, Pinergy, that members can use free of charge. In 2014, the company launched MLS PIN Homes and continues to provide better services for both real estate agents and brokers.
