The Knox County Board of Realtors (KCBR) has about 170 members, including Brokers, Realtors, and Associate members, and has been in operation since 1946. The KCBR is a non-profit trade association representing Realtors and other real estate professionals. The Knox County Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a comprehensive directory of homes for sale in Knox and adjacent counties, is owned and operated by KCBR.

In addition to having access to its MLS framework, being a member of the board helps you be a part of the community by attending their annual Christmas party and golf trip, raising funds for RPAC, and Food for the poor.

Realtors Property Resource (RPR) & RESO are two more perks you get at KCBR. As a board member of the Knox County Board of Realtors, it’s completely free! KCBR also provides unrestricted use of GE Supra Lockboxes to its key Brokerages, as well as free access to the lockboxes’ phone app. It gives each office additional EO insurance through NAR at the expense of the Board!

Members of KCBR may benefit from a range of programs, including insurance, legislative, education, as well as membership in the OR and NAR.
