First Multiple Listing Service is Georgia’s leading supplier of real estate data services.The data feed for First Multiple Listing Service, Atlanta mainly covers listings in Georgia and encompasses the major cities of Atlanta, Cumming, and Marietta. FMLS has one of the most reliable listing databases in the world, and they work to better support their members and the community at large. To authorize and maintain all 3rd party data access to the FMLS Listing Content, FMLS uses a vendor management framework called FMLS Marketplace.
The Multiple Listing Service was established in 1957 and was the state’s first listing service. It has over 31,000 current listings in its index. More than 43,000 real estate practitioners use FMLS to find listings, which translates to more than 2,600 broker member offices throughout the region.
