SAM – The System for Award Management

The System for Award management (SAM) is owned by the Federal Government with the goal of collecting, validating, storing and disseminating data in support of agency acquisition and grant award missions. Registration in the SAM.gov database is free but requires meeting some requirements to make the registered companies eligible for granting governmental projects.
