Affiliates – Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions before applying your affiliate membership. Sending an affiliate request means that you have agreed to all the terms below:

  • Websites approved for use in Realtyna® Affiliate Program
    Most blogs and websites qualify to participate in the Affiliate Program. However, we reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at any time if we determine that your website contains objectionable material. Your site must be fully functional with original content. Spam or scraper sites will not be approved. If your site is still under development and will be the sole source of the affiliate to market Realtyna® products, please apply after it’s completed.
  • Discount and deal-type websites
    We are not offering public Discount Codes at this time. However, should you operate a coupon or deal-type website, please contact us to reach an agreement first.
    It is illegal to use false claims and coupons to promote Realtyna’s products. We will suspend your affiliate membership if you use false claims and coupons.
  • Promoting Realtyna® without a website
    Although promotion through websites is the most popular way our Affiliates promote Realtyna, we recognize that different markets have different needs. Therefore, if you do not include a website to review, please contact us first and include details regarding how you plan to market.
  • Using the Realtyna® name in a domain name
    Any affiliate who intends to market a Realtyna® name, including but not limited to Realtyna®, WPL, on a top-level domain (eg. www.realtyna-my-site.com) must obtain written consent from Realtyna® LLC prior to execution. We review each marketing plan on a case-by-case basis.
  • Sample Affiliate Disclaimer
    Affiliates who have obtained written approval from Realtyna® LLC to use Realtyna on a top-level domain must include an affiliate disclaimer in the site footer. For example: “Each Realtyna affiliate marketer independently owns the website. It is not sponsored by Realtyna® LLC. Realtyna is a registered trademark of its respective owner.”
  • Using the Realtyna® name in URLs, ads or promotions
    While we encourage you to use our brand in your promotions on your site, you require prior consent from Realtyna® LLC to use the term Realtyna® in Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, or other social networking site URLs.
  • Promoting affiliate links on Twitter with the hashtag #Realtyna
    While we encourage our Affiliates to engage and participate in Realtyna-related discussions using the Twitter hashtag #Realtyna, spam links that include an obscured affiliate link are prohibited.
  • Using Affiliate Links on Pinterest
    While we encourage you to pin our content to your boards on Pinterest, undisclosed affiliate links on Realtyna-related Pinterest pins are strictly prohibited.
  • Buying products using your own Affiliate link
    As a general rule, Affiliates are not eligible for commissions on purchases made through their own affiliate link. However, we recognize there may be situations where your business makes sales in such a way that this process is preferable. Since we monitor transactions for self-sales, we ask that you get in touch with us prior to using your own links for sales so we can set up an arrangement that meets your processing needs. Please note that to avoid such cases, the first sales commission is payable along with the commission of the 2nd sales.
  • Commission Payments
    Commissions are payable 60 to 67 days after the purchase date, to avoid refund/chargeback sales.
  • Violation of Affiliate Program
    If you are concerned that you may be violating any of our terms & conditions, please contact us. Chances are, we can find a way to work through this without any issue. That said, Affiliates in violation of the Affiliate Program Guidelines will forfeit commissions relating to either the specific transaction in violation or all commissions assigned. In addition, excessive violations will result in the termination of the violating party’s Affiliate account. Of course, we’d prefer not to go there, so please contact us if you have any questions in this regard. We’ll be happy to help.
  • Change of Terms & Conditions
    Realtyna® reserves all rights to modify the Affiliate Terms & Conditions contents without prior notice.
