Affiliates – FAQ’s

• What is the Affiliate Program?
  The Affiliate Program financially rewards you for directing customers to our Real Estate Management Software (WPL) and its add-ons. When a product is purchased by your referral, we pay you commission for the sale(s).
• How does your Affiliate Program work?
  Our Affiliate Program provides you with an opportunity to make money by referring customers to our website. You can do this by placing links/url’s, banners or scripts that are available in your Affiliate Account, on your website. These banners and url’s need to be generated through Affiliate Tools in your Affiliate Account. By using these tools, you enable us to track your referrals to our website. Each time a referring customer makes a purchase, you earn a commission. You can keep track of your sales and commissions through your Affiliate Account. The payment will be done through PayPal every 2 months.
• Is there any restriction on the number of sales?
  No. However, in order to prevent single personal sales to be considered as an Affiliate or Reseller sale, there needs to be minimum 2 sales of WPL Core. The commission of the first sale will be calculated, but it is only payable along with the commission of the 2nd sales.
• How do I join your Affiliate Program?
  You can send a request to be a part of the program by filling out the form . Upon approval of your request, you will receive a username and password to the Realtyna® Affiliate Management System.
• How will the commission payments be calculated?
  The commissions will be calculated starting from the first sale. The first commission is payable along with the commission of the 2nd sales. Each commission is payable 60 to 67 days after the purchase date through PayPal.
• Does it cost me anything to become an Affiliate?
  It’s absolutely free to join our Affiliate Program. There’s no fee to apply and there’s no minimum sales requirement.
• How much can I expect to earn?
  That’s completely up to you. We can help if you need something specific to promote WPL your way, but your profit potential completely depends on your marketing/sales activities and the traffic on your website(s). The commission rate is 15% and can be increased to 25% through proven records of payments for 3rd party advertisements and your total sales amount per month. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Are websites outside of the U.S. eligible for your Affiliate Program?
  Yes, we welcome applicants to our Affiliate Program from most countries.
• Can I promote WPL on more than one website?
  Yes. You can promote our products across one or all of your websites as well through your social media. The more links and content you place on your websites, the more qualified visitors you’re likely to send us — and this should translate into a higher dollar conversion.
• Is my blog or website eligible for your Affiliate Program?
  Most blogs and websites qualify to participate in the Affiliate Program. However, we reserve the right to refuse membership to a website or revoke your membership at any time, if we determine that your website contains objectionable materials.
• I don’t have a blog or website. Can I still participate in your Affiliate Program?
  Yes, you can promote our products and services on the social media or 3rd party forums where there is no restriction for commercial advertisements. The only thing you need to do is use the Affiliate Tools in your Affiliate Account for generating related URLs, allowing our system to track your referrals.
• How do I find my affiliate banners or text links?
  After signing up with the program and logging in to our billing website, you can find the banners and links under the Affiliate Tools section.
• Where should I place the Affiliate links on my blog or website?
  You should place your Affiliate links where they’re easy for your visitors to find — your website’s home page, the navigation bar, and any other high-traffic areas. By placing the links on easily accessed locations, visitors will be more likely to click on your links and make a purchase.

• How do you track the orders that come through my blog or website?
  The Affiliate links that you generate, via the Realtyna® Affiliate Program, track you as having referred the customer and it also places a 30 day cookie on each visitor’s computer, so if a visitor you refer to us doesn’t purchase immediately, but then returns within 30 days, you will still receive the commission for any products they purchase.
• How much money will I earn through your Affiliate Program?
  Our standard commission rate is 15% for most products. You can view the detailed commission percentage by logging into your Affiliate Account (Affiliate Area) under the ‘Statistics’ tab.
• How do I know how much commission I have earned?
  You can login to your affiliate account and check the Statistics tab.
• When will I receive my Affiliate commissions?
  The earnings will be released 60-67 days after the purchase date due to the possibility of refunds and charge-backs.
• Can I earn commissions on my own purchases?
  You will not earn commissions on the first purchase of any products. However from the 2nd purchase of the similar products onwards, you will earn commissions on your own purchases.
• What is the best way of marketing Realtyna® products and services through my Affiliate Program?
  You can advertise Realtyna® products and services on your own website, related technology, Real Estate forums and social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

How should I create my Affiliate url’s in a way that you can track my referrals?
Each Affiliate user has a unique code that can be found in their Affiliate Account under Affiliate URL tab. You need to copy this url at the beginning of any other link to our website. As an example, if you want to refer clients to the shop section of our website (Visit our shop page), first you should copy-paste the simple url in your Affiliate Account and click ‘Generate URL’.
