What Is FMLS?

First MLS or FMLS was founded in 1957, and it is the first multiple listing provider in the state of Georgia. Today, it is still the ultimate voice of real estate data across the state.

FMLS provides listing information to more than 43,000 real estate professionals active in more than 21,000 broker offices across the area.

FMLS Coverage Area

First MLS is one of the biggest providers among all 20 MLS that currently serve members in Georgia. It covers the following counties:

  • Bartow
  • Cherokee
  • Clayton
  • Cobb
  • Dekalb
  • Douglas
  • Forsyth
  • Fulton
  • Gwinnett
  • Hall
  • Paulding

And these cities:

FMLS Fees and Dues

First MLS charges members .0012% of the sale price for properties posted on the FMLS compulsory area.

For vendors, FMLS charges a monthly data access fee. This fee is based on the number of active FMLS members subscribed at that stage. Potential vendors can see the full fee schedule in the data license agreement presented in the FMLS Marketplace. A Marketplace account is required.

First MLS also charges a one-time $250 fee to all 3rd party vendors applying for data access.

Any member brokerage requesting access to the FMLS data will be exempted from paying the fee if they wish to use the data in their brokerage products.
