In Georgia, you must be at least 18 years old, and have a high school diploma. You also must complete a 75-hour pre-licensing course, or complete at least 6 semester hours of college courses toward a degree in real estate or real estate law.Exam
The exam consists of 152 multiple choice questions to be completed within 240 minutes. The exam consists of two parts. The first of which, focuses on national real estate topics, such as:- Agency relationships and contracts
