How to get a Real Estate License in South Carolina

Real estate license applicants in South Carolina must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma. In addition you must complete 60-hours of pre-licensing training, though this educational requirement can be waived if you have a bachelor’s degree in real estate or a law degree.

Exam

The South Carolina real estate exam consists of 110 questions to be completed in 180 minutes. The first exam section covers the following national real estate topics:
