    How to get a Real Estate License in Connecticut

    In Connecticut, you must take 60 hours of pre-licensing courses and submit a notarized application.


    The Connecticut real estate exam consists of 110 questions to be completed within 165 minutes.  The first section focuses on general content, with questions covering the following subjects:
