OneKey MLS

OneKey MLS is one of the largest MLS in New York, with more than  40000 participating real estate agents. It was formed as a result of consolidation MLS of Long Island and Hudson Gateway MLS.

Hudson Gateway MLS is an MLS that was founded by merging six local New York Associations of REALTORS: Westchester County Realty Board, Pelham Realty Board, Putnam County Association of Realtors, the Rockland County Board of Realtors, and the Orange County Association of Realtors, Manhattan Association of Realtors.

The Westchester County Realty Board was founded in 1916 in White Plains. In 1947 the Pelham Realty Board merged with Westchester County Realty Board with other associations, quickly following their lead: in 2009 Putnam County Association of Realtors, and the Rockland County Board of Realtors and the Orange County Association of Realtors in 2011,  Manhattan Association of Realtors in 2016.
