How to get a Real Estate License in Maryland

Applicants for a real estate license in Maryland must be 18 years old. They must complete 60 hours of pre-licensing courses or approved courses from an accredited college.

Exam

The Maryland real estate exam consists of 110 questions that must be completed within 120 minutes. The first section of the exam covers national real estate topics including questions on:
