    How to get a Real Estate License in Kentucky

    To get a real estate license in Kentucky, you must be 18 years old and a high school graduate. You also must complete 96 hours of pre-licensing courses or have completed 6 credit hours in real estate courses from an accredited college. Finally you must pass the Kentucky real estate licensing exam and submit to a criminal background check.


    The exam consists of 120 questions that must be completed within 240 minutes. National real estate topics on the exam include:
