SHORT DESCRIPTION OF MLS PROVIDER

The MTRMLS which we know today as  RealTracs was established in 1996 by merging four independent MLS. In 1997 MTRMLS was finally converted to RealTracs. From 1996 till the present time RealTracs is constantly updating its systems to provide the best experience for real estate agents as well as the general public. As a recent development, MLS Grid becomes a RESO API Dictionary provider for RealTracs. Realtracs covers some major states such as Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee.

How do I get started?
