The TREND MLS serves over 27,000 brokers and agents in the Philadelphia, and Pennsylvania area. A s an MLS team of its own Since 2015, it has been part of Bright MLS, a six-state organization.

 

The TREND was established in 1995 when six MLS in Pennsylvania and Delaware came together to create a real estate information network. In 1998, TREND expanded by recruiting Berks County agents and brokers. The Greater New Jersey MLS also became a member in 2000.
