    How to get a Real Estate License in West Virginia

    In West Virginia, you must be 18 years old, a high school graduate and submit to a background check. You also must 90 hours of pre-license education and provide recommendations from two property owners who have known you for more than two years.

    Exam

    The exam consists of 150 questions that you must complete within 210 minutes. The national real estate section includes questions on the following topics:
