How to get a Real Estate License in Rhode Island

In Rhode Island, you must be 18 years old, hold errors and omissions insurance and submit a criminal history check. In addition, you must complete 45 hours of pre-licensing training. Exam The Rhode Island real estate exam consists of 120 questions that must be completed within 240 minutes. The larger national exam section includes 100 questions on the following subjects:
