In Illinois you must be 21 years old and have a high school diploma. If you are less than 21 years old, but have at least four semesters of college experience, the minimum age requirement may be waived. You also must take 90 hours of pre-license instruction and pass an examination.Exam
The exam consists of 140 questions that must be completed within 210 minutes. The national broker portion of the exam includes 100 questions and covers:- Agency relationships and contracts
