SHORT DESCRIPTION OF MLS PROVIDER

The Houston Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service, a.k.a HARMLS, provides its realtors with the most important tools in order to make sure their members can successfully compete in the real estate industry. This MLS provider gives its agents access to the list of more than 50 000 properties, which are currently on the market. However, HARMLS does not limit their agents in terms of archived data. What this means is that HARMLS grants its realtors archived information on hundreds of thousands of properties, which, in fact, were sold during the past seven years. Now that’s a lot of information.

HARMLS also tries to provide its real estate professionals with advanced technology and the necessary trainings

HARMLS provides two types of MLS services to its real estate professionals. These are MLS Standard and MLS Platinum. The value of both of these packages to real estate professionals is high enough for them to grow and nurture their business successfully.
