In 1996, the Bethlehem Association, the former Allentown-Lehigh County Association, and the Lehigh Association of Real Estate Investors merged to form the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors. The Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors was formed in 2014 through the merger of Carbon County Association of Realtors (CCAR) and former Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors (LVAR). 

 

The Greater Lehigh  Association of Realtors works with more than 2,500 realtors from Lehigh, Carbon, and Northampton Counties. 

 

The board of directors oversees the company,  provides various professional learning tools, data analytics, a mediating forum for members, and dispute resolution for clients. GLVR owns and runs the Greater Lehigh Valley Multiple Listing Service  and provides continued education, as well as Broker classes.
