Greater Chattanooga Realtors was established in 1912, and is a regional organization that comprises over 2400 members. It currently serves Sequatchie and Hamilton counties in northwest Georgia. The organization is one of the 1,100 Realtors/Board of realtors that make up the National Association of Realtors.
The Local Association of Realtors works with all of the Chattanooga area businesses, including appraisal, industrial, commercial, multi-family, residential, and property management.
The main goal of the organization is to maximize high moral and ethical behavior among its members, serve changing market and customer demands, and promote private property rights and citizen participation.
