The Great Smoky Mountains Association of Real Estate serves Sevier County, East Tennessee, Gatlinburg, Cocke County, Kodak, Cosby, Pigeon Foger, Wears Valley, Seymour, Wears Valley, and their nearby regions. GSMAR has activities year-round and updates on networking on a national and local level for some realtors, including those with the NAR. The association also offers information, articles and will have analysis and research from the most recent developments in real estate.
In 2014, the services at GSMAR were revised to a new website to offer consumers access to the most up-to-to-date market listings, which helps them locate property in the Smoky Mountain MLS, including Smoky Mountain land homes for sale, lots, and more.
Since 1967, GSM has been influential in the Great Smoky Mountains and Eastern Tennessee real estate market.
