SHORT DESCRIPTION OF MLS PROVIDER

CCAR is operating the MLS with the same name in the area. It has been serving the real estate community and their clients since 1981. This was the year when the three former boars, i.e. the South Strand Board, the Myrtle Beach Board and the Conway Board joined to form CCAR. 

This association of realtors is currently 4000 members strong and is one the largest real estate associations in the US.
